β β β β β According to the business hours, it close at 8.30pm. We arrived at 7.03pm and the female inside saw us. She went to the back and switch the office light off. And went back to her seat. She lock the door and show us the close sign.

β β β β β The worst and most frustrating experience in my life , I recommend everyone avoid this place and try to send and receive money in another place , woman named Sathana has the worst attitude, they made me and my autistic son wait for more than an hour and in the end they told me I canβt receive money for some lame reason , so in the end I didnβt receive money and I had to go to another MoneyGram place where I successfully received money in 15 minutes, I called the head office while I was in Lulu Money and the person on the phone yelled at me instead of helping to sort out the situation, I have sent some emails to customer service and MoneyGram customer service in hopes that people like this will have a proper training before working with customers, I saw how badly Sathana talks to other customers, raising her voice , and being rude , and people just want to receive and send money to loved ones, just suggest to avoid this place if you donβt want be stressed by rude staff
