Asked for my documents over 5 times just to tell me she can't give me my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had good experience at Western Union Sunway Pyramid. But my recent experience was terrible and disappointing
The staff at the counter really don't want to do the job. She insisted saying lulu money is always good and better rate. And said I can do transaction at home. She was so busy talking over the phone with head phone attached to her chin.
I said since I am here, I want you to help me do the transaction and I said I want to know the WU rate. She said she can't check the rate there. If lulu money is giving more commission for her and insist to pay via that, they should totally take off the name WU(I have not detailed all story here). At the end, WU had a better rate and I did transaction via WU after a long struggle of making her to work. Atleast using phone while doing transactions should be banned. Money matters.

Easy - no need to fill in complicated forms and provide all kinds of documents.
Convenient - can find in many places.
And very important is receipian can received in next minute.
Regarding the services, so so lo...
