โ โ โ โ โ Nice environment. Good food but expensive. The vegetarian pizza crust that we have ordered was not soft. It was like biscuit and a little burnt. The staffs are not friendly.

A good creationbof pastries and cakes are available on for mothers days .Restaurant is available for people to have tea and brunch. โ โ โ โ โ Lots of variety of cakes, bun and pastries. We bought two slices of cake at the bakery shop then went upstairs to enjoy them there. We just needed to order drinks at the cafe. Cafe was cozy, and spacious. Staff are helpful. Cakes are nicely decorated and well presented. taste OK for the price we are paying. Plastic spoon were given for the dine in customer, quite difficult to eat the cake with it (too soft). We ended up asking for additional metal spoon from the cafe. We ordered cafe mocha and gold champagne. Drinks are quite good.

โ โ โ โ โ I don't understand how business owners do thier hiring. Owners and staff need to understand the fact that customer's and thier needs are the most important.
A place of business is no place to act unprofessional and impolite.
Your staff needs to welcome customers when they walk in. Not pretend that they are invisible.
Your staff stand in a group just gossiping and not making customer's feel welcome.
You have a business because of customers. We pay your salary. Understand. We are more important than your agendas.

โ โ โ โ โ Moonlight Cake House serves decent baked goods and also western fares. I gave their marble cheese cake and velvet cake a try; while they taste good, I've had better elsewhere. In any case, if you've never been to the establishment, give it a shot for its nice ambience and decent food.
Update: They now have a new menu and I must say, I am a fan of their bread toast with salted butter and kaya, which I typically dip in soft boiled eggs, yum!

Today done at upstairs .. ordered grilled salmon.. to my surprise the portion is very very small.. end up went next door to have more proper food... Other than this, fish n chips, grilled chicken, pastas are good...

โ โ โ โ โ Seen good reviews about their cakes and also not that good about staffs attitude. Decided to check it out since buying a cake for the Mrs for her birthday. Did not take the opportunity to dine in upstairs as well as to try the pastries. Went straight for the cakes but was disappointed to know that they did not have any ice cream cake sold there. Bought a few slices of different kind of cakes. I agree with the reviewers that their cake skills are one of a kind where the texture and taste are amazing. For my Mrs who is not a big fan of cakes to be always asking to have cakes eaten everyday from the 6 slices we've bought, it shows that this cake house cakes easily win the hearts of those non cake lovers. Do try it and I think you will like it. Pricing is slightly above average though. Maybe I'll try out dining in next time and see what's in their menu.
