★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lousy after sales service , claimed for warranty for mulfunction for the steam iron (steam button not functioning). we personally sent to their service center on 28 Sept they inform us it takes two weeks time. exactly 2weeks later which is 14 October we called back to check on the repair status. Guess what they claimed that cmco so it takes longer time. which cmco just started on 14 October... obviously no one attended our case. ??????
the iron only last for less then half a year.... think twice before buying their products!!
