i) Walk-in service slow although only one single customer
ii) Customer service line staff purposely answer and hang the phone. Repeat for ten times unless they fed up and finally decide to answer your call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder the rating is bad. Counter service is very slow, 1 customer took half an hour to renew the insurance. Just 1 staff attended the customer although I'm at the HQ. Can play 10 rounds of Smashing Four game while waiting. Even the staff yawn while serving me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company don't even deserve one star due to poor governance and not sure if the company has SOP or not .... If you claim 100%, they will offer you settlement of 16% .... If you don't agree, they will ask for proof of payment either by bank or credit card statement ..... What if you pay using legal tender of bnm I.e. cash .... I have 10 questions asked due to the poor performance .... but none of it is answered after 4 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not even deserve 1 star, never pick up call, need to walk in to attend, and somemore slow af, simple accident claim also can take few months to do, still the result is nothing, buy this insurance for what ? better close your company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't like to leave negative comments and I always believe everyone is doing their best to provide a better quality service (especially in service line)
Unfortunately such a huge company is delivering such disappointment services. 1st of all doesn't allow my appointed agent to process whatever enquiry I needed. Secondly keep me waited 17mins + 8 mins in order for them to answer my call -- eventually still can not solve my problem.
I am not telling you how to deliver service to customer but I am just done enough with whatever you provided and I'll move on to a better one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service take decades to pick up calls. Customer.service rep is rude and not helpful, i asked help but she asked me to "help my ownself". Totally different treatment i got not like when i.was first introduce and recommend to this company, the salesrep said customer service will be helpful and will find workshop nearby me to service my car incase my car broke down and its the opposite. My car broke down and it.was emergency and their customer service rep dont even have mercy to check for me on the workshop thats available for me to get my car fix as their job is to just arrange appointment for their truck to collect my.car only. I dont get it at all how can you call yourself a customer service when im.the one who have to get information on the net and check availability whether the workshop is able to fix my car or not and report back to MPI customer.service.?.thats it im.not going to use MPi anymore!
