β β β β β Not able to renew road tax if u dont renew insurance with them. Bad service, not reasonable.

β β β β β Able to renew road tax here. Not compulsory to also have the insurance renewed here. Can also renew driving license. However, the 3 times I have come here on a weekday, am unable to renew the same day, I have to wait to collect the following working day.
If in a rush/urgent, go to the post office on the 2nd floor. Am one of those people who always seem to cut it close ? The wait might take a while, but you can get your road tax / driving license no the spot. Staff are friendly & good to advise customers. Appreciate it.
