★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why would you close the store from 4 to 5? Why can't the staff take turn & have their break? The staff where all there. I just don't understand. The staff weren't kind either. Disappointed.

The staff didn't even notice my order, the social media contact number had no one to pick up or the wrong number was given until i found the Whatsapp contact at the app. Then only the person contacted the outlet for order confirmation. The delivery arrived after 2 hours from the delivery time set. The food luckily was still warm but didn't really taste good. I have ordered one kimchi package but they put it in the takeaway container. When i wanted to transfer the kimchi into my own container to fridge then I found a hair inside. A terrible service, management and hygiene problem! Will be the first time customer and also the last time customer. What a mistake for not checking at the Google reviews at first!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beef bulgogi was sour. Kimchi taste was weird. I ate a lot of korean food but that was not how kimchi should taste like. The chef was smoking while preparing the food! This is unacceptable! Wouldn't come again even if they give the food for free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff. Ruins the mood. The interior is nice, but the food was just okay, there is no authenticity. The kimchi stew tasted like chicken soup. The tokpokki was okay, I would not return for the experience alone.

Ramyeon and manduguk was too salty, kimbap felt like friged for more than two days (kimbap should be consumee within 6 hours!), sesame oil taste like it's been already more than years. Toppoki doesn't taste like real toppoki. Kimali was overcooked with very old oil. Please change the ingredient and cook well. I cannot belive how can the ramen be so tasteless, and how pricy, rude, and dirty the shop is. How can this restaurant still open?
Never visit this restaurant!
Even it's not cheap. Nothing worth the money.
