★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cold food x2 + bad service = worse Nando’s experience ever
Nando’s is my all time fave, so chose to come here for some comfort food whilst being abroad.. I can honestly say, that it was the worse Nando’s experience of my life. I was with a friend and to start with my food arrived 5 mins before hers. Said food arrived COLD… chicken, rice and corn… cold to touch.. the waiter questioned me 3 times and made me touch the chicken in front of him numerous times to confirm if all chicken chunks were cold.. of course they were. He took the plate away in a huff and said they would re heat it. My friends food arrived.. also cold… we told the same waiter and he literally rolled his eyes and looked angry .. didn’t say anthing any got the manager to deal with it. The manager was somewhat okay and took the plate . My food then came back before my friends.. COLDER than it was before … at this point I’m starving and fuming. Told the waiter and he didn’t offer any solution and in the end walked off.. So I had to call the manager… I then had to explain again what had happened and the manager didn’t offer much solution I had to tell him I requested a fresh plate … finally both my friends and I food came MILDLY WARM…… at this point we were ravenous so ate half a plate of Luke warm over cooked food and left. Disgusting service. And Disgusting cold food. To top it off, I left and had the worse tummy pains….. don’t visit this Nando’s !!!!!!!

Ordered 2 meals, came at separate times, both cold.
Sides were cold and chicken which was supposedly from the grill, wasn’t even warm.
The man going to the table was rude but took it back though he said they would just put it back on the grill.
Second dish comes, cold. Everything cold.
By now the staff is somehow fuming even though nothing else was.
3rd time wasn’t the charm and the food came warm but not great.
Do not recommend coming to this Nandos. Manager was ok but staff just weren’t nice.

We ordered half chicken + corn-on-cobb and a chicken butterfly + salad ..... rather than half a chicken it look ¼ or less .... those must be 600grams whole chickens for portions to be that size .... These two dishes and a drink rm 70 .... awful value for money, stingy .... avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I entered the restaurant but was not greeted and was converted to a small swaying table whereas I had chosen a comfortable seat. The dark -skinned male front worker placed the cutlery plate loudly and was indeed a bad and regretful treatment
This is the worst nandos restaurant.

If one visits it on busy days service will take time and I think as customers we should understand that so I loved the food the drinks and especially the variety of veg and non veg spread on the menu
Guess they know where they are placed and hence they are catering to the taste as required.. Suggestive staff and hygienic food what more can u ask for now.
Ever hungry and looking to have a good time Nandos is the saviour always, Dream foodie loves them!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food’s good especially rice. Chicken taste like normal Nandos leh. Four stars bc the staffs deaf or blind something. Had to ask for their help for takeaway the leftover but they pretend not see me while I’m waving just beside him !! Theres two of them. I also called them but like I said before mehhhhhh.
