β β β β β 4finger so delicious even take away there still crunchy . I donβt why !!! Be I love that chicken somuch . I donβt mind people say chicken can getting fat . But whoβs care!! Btw, fries also good!! Kimchi and seaweed!!! Still delicious duh!! Mostly 4finger in the mall I never see 4finger have their own shop!!!

β β β β β They opened at 10am but iβve been waiting outside more than 15mins. Panggil2 tak dengar. Then, they have some issue with their online payment kena tunggu lagiβ¦ really bad service. They should put more staffs to handle the issue. Plus, the manager not even can solve the issue. The management should look at this outlet. Not recommend for this outlet. just wasted my time

β β β β β I ordered calamari & shrimp (hot) combo with seaweed fries. I received calamari & shrimp (soy) and with normal fries. The portion i got was so unacceptable and so little instead if other branches. The staff didnβt check the order properly & not friendly at all.

β β β β β We waited 30 minutes for our orders and when I went to their pick up counter to get the food, that's only when a staff told me that there's no available rice and we had to wait another 30 minutes, which I said NO to. I initially pushed for a refund but another staff offered 3 drumsticks as compensation. It would have been better if they informed us ahead of time rather than telling me the moment I was about to get the food. Do not do that to hungry customers, please.

β β β β β I visited the restaurant around 5:30pm and ordered 2 portions of French fries (takeaway). I was completely surprised that they took more than half an hour to give me 2 portions of fries.. While texting this, itβs already 35 mins of waiting and tickingβ¦

β β β β β Iβve tried almost every brunch, So far among all the items only wings are the best, the bff burger has to be the 2nd best but their fries ? are always soggy idk why, I feel like thereβs must be some reason, just curious... On the other had their new menu for fish is so not worthy.
