★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The menu picture and the reviews here are so deceiving. The food is mediocre. Fish 78RM supposed to be signature dish is not fresh!!!!! Disappointing. Not coming back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everything taste great and i feel it got more flavour compare to din tai fung. everything from main to dim sum to drink are very honestly done up and delicious. the only downside i feel it is the fried rice can be less oily

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard has dropped a lot. Used to be one of my fav restaurants. Or maybe, it’s just this branch?
The most disappointing dish is the vegetables. It has a very distinctive and artificial soap taste. The stock that it immersed in tasted so blend even msg was absent. Left the whole bowl there but the waitress there wasn’t interested to enquire too.
The fried Shanghai noodles was mediocre.
The dried chilli popcorn chicken was acceptable. .
The fried rice was a little too oily.
1 star review is based on the vegetable dish, which has gone too wrong.
Otherwise, it would be a two stars for the mediocre food. You can get better food elsewhere.
There’s nothing wrong with their service except workers don’t seemed happy.
Management must do some soul searching.
And, I don’t have faith in Google review anymore. It’s a 4.5 on average. So you go figure this yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent but nothing to shout about. At 830pm a good 50% of dishes were sold out.
Xiao long Bao was average only, perhaps XO cai tow kuey was decent.
Two pax RM11x++
For its price, likely won’t be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend to try the delectable "steamed prawn and meat wonton with chili sauce tasted/ 红油抄手"
Clean and organized environment, very friendly staffs, crowded during peak hours but you may call in and ask for reservations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey fares and average taste. Not every dishes are delicious. The deep fried vegetarian vegetarian beancurd skin roll 脆皮素鹅 is very oily and not crispy. The Shanghainese fried la mian 上海粗炒面 that cost RM20 is not authentic and taste like normal fried noodle that you could find in other Chinese restaurant. Winter melon and longan drink are nice but quite expensive in my view, a small cup for RM6.50.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonder where the high rating come from ? Half the menu not available coz the dim sum sifu quit . Think they operate without a chef too. 酸辣汤 really only sour and spicy starch water ! Wonder they use stock as base ? The 辣子鸡 came in big chunks taste more like 椒盐鸡 with dried chilli. The braised beancurd was deep in flavour but not the rest in the same dish . Wonder how they do it ? The mushroom taste raw and the bamboo smell really not my cup of tea . The 赛螃蟹 wonder where is the crab only found bits of fish and lots of springy egg white tasteless like having a healthy egg white breakfast . The worst is the 2 vegetable ! First time having 手撕包菜 poach!?pale and no vinegar not spicy ? 四季豆 also poach and fried with some sweet mince pork. Really a shame to serve such quality and standard dishes in such a posh looking restaurant . $200+ into the drain. Will not recommend this place till they have a proper chef in their kitchen .
