โ โ โ โ โ After one month application, my husband went to collect Mykid for son. Due to technical problem as mentioned by the front counter staff, another ONE MORE month to wait ?
After 2 months pending, keep asking and was told to wait another 2 months...
If no heart provide the service, please let us know, I will completed the application in another jpn or UTC?

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent customer service by the RELA guard (Mr Rada) posted at the entrance. He clearly explained that appiintments are required for transactions, however, senior citizens and the disabled do NOT need to make any appointments. It would still be best to come at 8 30am when they open to get attended to fast.

โ โ โ โ โ Picking up my IC, the lady at the front desk saying out loud about me for don't know on still dont know how to follow instruction, so i said back to her for being rude, the service is fast but one of the big reason i unhappy because of Customer Service, so unhappy with the lady for ruining my day, and i happy with myself applying to online so i can get out from there early.

โ โ โ โ โ Rela member behaving like an Inspector... No control of people and not many followed SOP.
No sanitizer at counter when giving electronic thumb print...
Not sure why despite many deaths in the country need to make an appointment to get there and it is fully booked... Till next year when the Post Office is open as usual...

โ โ โ โ โ We went there around 2.30pm the security told us to come back in the morning as the quota for afternoon is full but luckily the staff call us back for us to proceed with our application and it tooks us about half an hour to complete our application. The sad thing about it take two week for us to collect the new ic.

โ โ โ โ โ Verr disappointed..maybe can change rela female.because don't have manner..don't ask properly..blame back us because don't told booking appoinmen..although we have already inform..get number c019..that time c07..after this I will came walk in la..because the rela don't explain very detail..
