★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This JPN branch is very efficient, officers are polite and the process is smooth. It is best to make appointment via their website to avoid longer wait. I waited less than 5 minutes before my number was called. Those without appointment probably have to wait half and hour or so. (My appointment @ 10:30 - JPN adviced to come 15 mins earlier)
Then I took about 10 mins to apply. Others took less than 5 mins for application and photo taking. I had problem with my thumbprint! ? After that, wait another 30 mins for them to process before you can collect the new ID card.
Prepare the necessary documents if you want to change address/religion. They will take the original utility bill (for change of address).
Keep up the awesome work, JPN, Shah Alam, Selangor!! I wished other government agencies are as efficient as you!

8.52am Arrived
8.53am Got my queue number
8.55am Called to counter to present my IC and son's birth cert
8.57am Got a slip, need to wait 1 hour before collection
Went to eat at Starbucks in plaza shah alam mall next to the Plaza Masalam building
9.53am Got a new queue number
9.57am Called to counter and received Mykid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. The best government service I have seen in my life. Hats off to the top management all the way to the staffs. Process was smooth with full or smile and courtesy. I was taken aback actually. Keep up the great work and you guys really are exemplary to the others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really efficient! The staff were all very helpful I arrived at 11 am and managed to get my birth certificate within the same day around 1230 pm and the atmosphere was quite peaceful (not too crowded)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast and friendly service. Was quite crowded but the process was fast despite the crowd. Finished birth cert in 20 mins. Initially wanted to go to Kota Damansara JPN which was nearer to my house but when I called they advice me here as it is faster. Which is true. Recommended to come here if you have JPN related things in Selangor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to do my replacement IC ..... it was done within 10 minutes.... based on my observation the front desk officer was really helpful assisting the public and the officers at the counters were very very professional in handling the public... during my turn at counter 2, the officer was such a polite and gem of a person.... keep it up JPN ????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time came here as a witness for ROM. Appointment 11am and they told us in advance to reach by 10:30am. So we reached here around 10:20am and get ticket for our couple to register witness details. We got called to go in the room around 10:50am.
The officer came in and start the ceremony at 11am. After we all signed the certificate, the officer started to chat a bit with the the newly married couple about the life of marriage. We all can tell how friendly and sincere the officer was when she given her advices. ?
