★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well prepared for compliance to the SOP in place during MCO. there is a place for you to queue and someone standing there full time doing crowd management. That being said, it can be quite hard to get into the store during peak hours. Service is very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SOP in place and well executed. Great customer service, friendly and patient staffs, and of course wonderful coffee as usual. Store is well arranged and designed to showcase the coffee and maximise user experience. Able to try out a cup of coffee before buying. Highly recommended to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M'sia has the best Nespresso capsule coffee boutique here. Many variety coffee flavour of colourful capsules and coffee makers. Better buy from here than the department stores, at least, you know where to complaint to......still eyeing for the best deals. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service at The Gardens Mall outlet. Went there on a weekend and was informed that coffee sampling is only available on weekday. The staff don't even bother to inform until we enquired. Never mind that we went over again the following Friday and this time was informed the sampling is only available at specific time of the day on weekdays! Could have inform the specifics when we were there the first time! Seriously need to improve.

He even allowed my family to sample some the coffee so that we were able to make a better decision on what coffee we wanted. His service elevated our buying experience at Nespresso. Thank you Ahmad!
