They sell multi brand of phone, many choices at the shop
Good Service, all of the staff are professional
I bought a phone from them and they took few hours to help me settle my problem and transfer all the data from old to new phone for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIGHTMARE customer service. Bought a screen protector for my phone. Charged me RM 50 and it doesn't fit properly, got air bubbles along the side.
The next day, I complained and argued with a malay looking sales person(name on receipt is NAIM) who sold it to me and it lead to him threatening to PUNCH ME.
Eventually, when I tried to leave and threaten to call the company's owner and complain, another sales person from the shop decided to replace the screen protector for me. OMG worst experience ever.
1. They overcharge
2. If they have an opportunity, they will cheat their customers.
3. Salesperson (Name on receipt: Naim) will resolve to VIOLENCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel cheated by this shop because i went to one of their small shop in wangsa walk wanting to buy an original charger for my phone, and they sold me a fake one with very expensive price. Since they sell samsung phones and products, i thought they sold me an original charger. I paid rm90 for that fake charger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sells overpriced phone accessories screen protectors. Netzcom does sell new and pre-owned phones but you may get a better bargain elsewhere.
This phone kiosk is located at a strategic location as most first time visitors will see it upon reaching the top of the escalator from the ground floor.
Staff attitude depends on the individual. My experience with the Malay sales assistant named Azril was pleasant but I was not satisfied with the expensive "armored" screen protector which I bought through him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret not looking up Google Review before coming here. Like everyone else, I got scammed into buying a RM70 screen protector for my samsung phone that started peeling off 2 weeks later. Went back and spoke to them nicely about changing the protector but they kept pointing fingers at me for handling my phone poorly and it's not covered under warranty. I've had like 4x smart phones in my lifetime and all installed with protectors that lasted me about a year plus. This is the first that only lasted less than a month.
