★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent selection for a small shop, but the staff members had a bad attitude and were not helpful. Went to DirectD right away and purchased my phone at a cheaper price, and got better/friendly service and the same warranty length. With such bad management and staff (training) I hope this shop closes down, even though I support Hua Wei products.

Selling fake thing with original price.my mate 9 phone battery got problem need to change a new one, this shop insist their battery is original, with huawei official promotion price RM99 for battery changing. After I changed, the next day my phone cannot work totally! I sent it to huawei service center for checking, they told me the battery is fake and it crushed my phone. Finally I have to pay another RM99 to change a original battery. The worst thing is my phone need to reformat and all the data and photos gone forever. Please think twice if you want to buy a fake thing with original price at this damn cheating shop!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i can only give them no stars i would! Please be aware people! They sell fake and counterfeit products. I bought type C earphones, thinking it will be the same as the ones i used to have that comes with my huawei phone. Bought it at RM99 ringgit, and sadly opened it the next day, it was not the original one. Totally fake. Please do not buy from this shop. No honesty to the customer. Went there to ask for a refund, they refuse to refund. Eveb after i complained and clearly show them the original and fake ones, they said they can only exchange. Lol yeah exchange to another fake one. Please DO NOT BUY from this shop. You will be cheated and not worth your time to even complain
