★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agreed with most of the bad reviews here that the cashier girl is super rude. I'm a registered member and used my membership many times without any problem. Out of sudden my membership become invalid during my visit on 4 June 2021, around 1pm. That cashier looks annoyed and said she can register for me rudely. I really have no idea what happened to my membership and first and foremost she can speak to me kindly. I’m not her enemy or owe her money but a customer. I will never set foot in this place again. All business is in survival mode during pandemic period, wish this shop good luck thanks to their poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my go to pet food store until I discovered that shopping online on Shopee is much more convenient and cheaper in the long run.
The owners have known my family since the mid 2000s and we've sent our cats for their grooming services.
As a pet food store U R My Pet House's prices are hardly competitive, even with their 10% discount for members. If you're buying regularly each month and in bulk, it's better to purchase your pet food online.
I rarely shop here even before Covid-19 unless I need pet food immediately that's yet to arrive from Lazada or I have to look for certain medicine or supplements for my cat.
The staff has been super great to me all this while but in the end all that matters is pricing. Understandably U R My Pet House is paying top dollar for their corner lot rental in the commercial side of Section 14 PJ, but when you're buying in bulk each month this pet store cannot match the prices on Shopee or Lazada.
Due to is location next to a well known mamak restaurant, finding a parking spot next to this store is near impossible. It does provide only one reserved parking lot for customers but 7 out of 10 times I find it occupied by a car whose driver may or may not be its customer.
U R My Pet House also sells exotic breed kittens at brow raising prices. If you're interested in buying purebred or mixed breed kittens, please do some research first and get in touch with the actual breeder. Ask to see the kitten's certification of its parentage. Buying from unknown "kitten mills" is risky as inbred kittens generally inherit poor genetic makeup and are more susceptible to feline diseases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff & boss. Variety of pet stuff, love it. Shop clean, and easy to find anything. Price cheaper than others shop, with 10% discount when we are members. Love them!! Previously they close 6.30pm due to Christmas. i give a call on 6.20pm, want to buy cat tree. I have arrived on 7pm, they still waiting for me. Thank you so much!! Now its my favourite pet shop.
