I don’t mind to spend my time to write a compliment for him here due to our pleasant experience with him. Please look for Oliver when you visit the store, a British handsome prince coming from fairy tale.

wife ended up buying Gucci bag instead due to unprofessional attitude from your sales staff. Gucci sales girl try her best to convinced my wife and she succeeded.
as usual, waited inline and next sales person a chubby specs guy came and greet us and my wife said she would like to have a look around, perhaps that's a turn off for sales person? the sales guy stood one side, head down and keep playing on his phone. seriously?
perhaps playing phone on selling floor is not prohibited but to me that is rude!
i have been to many LV store worldwide, they are very friendly and professional , i chatted with sales girl in Milan store about Virgil Abloh's influence in their mens line, they show me the Tambour Horizon 1st release and enlighten me briefly how it works, that was in 2019 which is new.
that is the main task of a sales person, no? convinced customers?
what a bad attitude working culture within your front line!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I had an awful visit to LV KLCC on 5th May 2022. We waited in line for more than 20 mins, when we were eventually allowed in the sales assistant who was supposed to attend to us was rude, made snarky comments, and was on his phone the whole time. His name was Ashraf and he had a serious attitude problem.
I would have gladly purchased the bag I’ve been eyeing but I walked out because of the bad service. When we went to the Botegga store across from LV, they were super friendly & helpful. Better to spend your money elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on 01.01.2022 and the store was very busy. I told the staff what I wanted and that I was in a hurry. She got me my goods and the transactions was swift, I was in and out of the store in 15mins. Good Job!

Please improve your staff communication skills & attitude especially the young Malay boy at the KLCC outlet who’s on duty on 22 Feb 2022 (noon time). Teach them how to address and behave with the older people appropriately. This boy will not invite the business to the company with his lack of common sense. Finally I pulled out my intention to buy something equivalent to 5 months of his salary.
