We booked a slot one week in advance for a checking/repair. Service centre only notify the day before that their technician is not available for our slot and asked to reschedule, which is poor customer service in my opinion.
They should arrange their own backup technician instead of troubling us customer. We have to apply leave in advance to make for the appointment and now our plan had been derailed just because you can't commit to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m tricked to enter the showroom just by the roadside & later found out the service center is thru another entrance beside the showroom. The service bay is huge & the service length time is reasonable. Being greeted by staff outside the office & he’ll do the inspection straight away once you came out from car. Nice!
