★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaos, disorder and queue cutting by their own OCBC staff whilst I waited 30 minutes to collect a card. Even their manager were unhelpful. Photo shows 3 different people within close proximity at one counter (counter 8). Possibly one of the worst OCBC branches out there!
