β β β β β Bank is located in a beautifully restored colonial building with a landscaped airwell garden. Waiting area is spacious, with comfortable lounge sets & chandeliers hanging from the high ceiling.
Expect a longer wait when the bank offers higher fixed deposit interest as more customers turn up.

β β β β β Consumer banking service is soooo slow. A simple transaction made to appear so complicated.Sfaff walking in and out like very busy.
Pls make a study to see duration per customer...to improve efficiency.
Do some bench marking with other banks..uob,cimb are good examples.

ENJOY* Today, tomorrow, a smile, the moment, friendship, a handshake, your life, your business, your visit. *EXPERIENCE THE NEW OCBC*??? only that it usually does not have many branches but with the era of online banking it makes no difference.

β β β β β One of the WORST banking services ever!
I walked in to sign for a credit card and the staff asked me to pledge RM300,000 in their FD in order to start a credit card for myself when what I wanted was just a simple credit card and have the income to back it up. Their excuse was due to the pandemic you need to open a FD to sign up a credit card.
Horrible experience, don't go there.
