First 4pm then change to 2pm now 12? I'm come with raining.. Go see there.. The security tell its close ready I was shock ready. What time right now.. Why its closed.. Menyusahkan orang sahaja.

The complaint I want to raise up is due my mother, age 66 want to withdraw her ASNB and the ASNB Queue Number not been call up for 1 hour and no servicing number is appeared on QMS screen. Then, I was decided to request via Cash Withdrawal Queue Number. Unfortunately, when the number is called up, the Officer In Charged replied the ASNB is unable to operate due to staff ID is locked and the Officer request me to get service via other banking company. My question, don't RHB Bank have initiative to check the QMS System and inform the walk in customer? We have waiting outside for 1 hour plus. Your customer is age 66 years old. Hope that RHB can improve your service like other banking company such as CIMB and Maybank. They well asking purpose and well explain to walk in customer.

Told by security can't use premier banking for renewal of debit card . I said OK took another que no and waited and waited and waited. What a disappointment. They seem to be scuffling around looking very busy but nothing seems to be moving. And to add to my spoilt morning the counter officer told me that we can use premier banking. I Lost my cool and walked off Date 10.12.21. Qms no premier 1001 Regular no 5006
