★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't manage to visit this vet, but their customer service was excellent over Whatsapp. I enquired about a Kennel Cough vaccine, and even though they had no supply, they referred me to a few other vets that did carry stock. They went out of their way to help me, and I look forward to bringing my dogs to this vet in the future. I hope they keep up the excellent customer service, as it is hard to come by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service by ohana vet. I'm fully satisfied to pay the consultation fee at RM30 because the doctors here was knowledgeable and will answer all my doubt or inquiries. I spayed my cat here and they have been taking care of my marshmallow very well. And i brought my Cloudy to clinic without cat carrier and they warmly offered to lend their carrier. Definitely my go-to clinic after this. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to vaccinate my 3 months old kitten. Called in to make an appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering my queries. The clinic is bright and clean. Having surveyed a few vet in the area they are quite affordable. Gonna be my go to for nzko.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Part of the COVID-19 standard operating procedure, appointments are compulsory and thankfully Ohana could slot us in at 12pm. Our first time here because our regular vets were fully booked.
Dr. Wawa was very good and professional with my fur-baby who is a feisty cat. It was unfortunate that my cat didn't want anyone to get near her so diagnosis was difficult. My cat was eventually prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatory in syrup form as it'll be easier for me to administer them.
My cat seems to have responded well to the meds and an update will be provided to Dr. Wawa on Monday.
Everyone involved was very kind to my fur-baby.
