Great, but can get busy. Call and book ahead. But they should provide easier access in case of emergencies (Furkids are really sick or in pain), to direct WhatsApp with quick responses.

Went here today to do ecg test for my cat. Since it was walk-in, long wait is unavoidable. Took about 1.5hours waiting, but for me I think it was reasonable bcz if I walk-in at other vet, it also would take the same amount of time waiting without appointment. The vet attended my cat was Dr Steven. He is very gentle, soft spoken, explained well about the the issue. Thankfully, there was nothing wrong with my cat's heart. The other 2 staff who were helping hold my cat were also very gentle and kind to my cat, they know how to hold cat. I appreciate it very much. What I like most about this vet is that every consultation room has glass windows, meaning we can clearly see what the vet is doing in the room. I was also allowed to be in the room while the Dr perform the ecg test. Not many vet practice are willing to be that transparent. So if you see anything that is not pleasing to your eyes either about the hygiene or the attitude, you can always walk away. The staff at the counter were also nice when I ask questions. The bill is also very reasonable, in my opinion. I was expecting to pay more, but it was actually half of what I expected so I was happy. However, forgot to mention I did actually whassap before I came. The first reply was terrible . Then I reply again with more clear and strict question, that's when I think they reply me seriously with answers that was satisfying. I also read google review before coming, but I decided to still give it a try bcuz Gasing and Amc also have about similar reviews. In my opinion, if the pet condition is not an emergency, I think this vet is actually really not bad. During my visit, there was no emergency case so I don't know how they would handle such case. I usually go to BRP, they mainly take appointments, walk-in means you have to wait long. But if it was emergency, they will attend the emergency first pushing the appointment later. I think this practice is acceptable. I don't know about Healings Pets bcuz there was no emergency during my visit. Like I said, I waited about 1.5hours, there were 3 patient before us, meaning 30mins each. That is very reasonable, you can't complain. I had experience where the vet only attended my cat for 15mins for a serious case and I was literally and physically chased out by the vet after 15mins of a very bad consultation. Seriously!!! So if you don't want to be treated as such, please patiently wait for turn and let others have their time with the vet.

So this is my whole experience with this CARELESS vet. Don't take your pets there, you waste money but you can not help your pets feel better. 1 - Appointment My puppy fell from height at night, so I wanted to book for an XRAY session the day after. I booked online and there were still slots. I succeeded in booking. On the day, they didn't know my appointment at 11AM, I told them I booked online, so after that they let me wait until 12:30PM for 30 minutes of such a careless consultation. Okay, put this one aside, our pets are more important. 2 - Consultation I explained the situation to the doctor. He checked my puppy leg, touched her whole leg to see whether he could feel any breaking bone. He confirmed NO, but a minute later he said we should do XRAY. I agreed. My puppy health is my most concern. He took her to the XRAY check Later he came back with his phone, including photos he took for the XRAY session of her leg, he then CONFIRMED NO FRACTURE. It was my fault at this moment when I didnt ask which part of the leg he scanned, and also I didnt asked for the XRAY scan. He just showed me very quickly the xray photo of her paw and parts above it. He said she was only in pain, so he gave me one medicine, and asked us to let her drink in 5 days I asked him whether or not I need to cast her leg => he thought for abit then said NO I was her fosterer, she was a rescue. On that day the adopter took her back home to take care of her since then. They were there during the XRAY session. After a week, my puppy was still limping and in pain. This time the adopter went to another vet because they actually warned me before about this Healing Pets vet, but because it was the last minute check so every vets they went were fully booked. And guess what, she GOT FRATURE, her bones are breaking and it is serious now. She needs to go through surgery to save the situation. My puppy was in pain for the whole time because of the wrong consultation, and now the situation gets worse. If they could do the XRAY correctly on the day, she would have been casted on that day and she would have recovered faster. But now she needs to go through all the pain and procedure. And now because of the worse situation after long days, the bill for surgery is also heavy for us. CARELESS DOCTOR, INDIFFERENT CREW, WRONG & CARELESS CONSULTATION Just please, do not take your pets there THE PHOTOS ARE FROM OTHER VET, THIS VET DIDN"T EVEN SEND ME THE XRAY RESULT FOR FOLLOWING UP

I called in prior as I have an emergency case. My dog’s eye suddenly bleed profusely. I was told by the person-in-charge over the phone that I do not need to make an appointment as mine is an emergency. I was told to just walk in. So, I walked in and I told them that it is emergency. Unfortunately for me, the emergency became a two hours wait. I waited two hours while my dog was in pain. After two hours of waiting and almost giving up, it was my turn. The vet did not even check thoroughly and suggested a surgery almost immediately. Basically, I was told to wait for blood test and if the test was ok, then the solution is surgery. When surgery was suggested, I told the vet that my dog is of old age with existing ailments. The vet proceeded to casually tell me that it will be a high risk surgery then. That sounded very unprofessional, to be honest. I was left with a bill of RM300 with no solution for my beloved pet. My dog was not even given painkiller or antibiotics to ease its discomfort. I will not recommend this vet if you ever need a vet for your beloved pets. Never again.

i think here is the only vet hospital has full medical equipment for pets, medicines and machines. only here (i went to 5 vet ady) able to get Vetmedin and Bronchodilator for my 15 years old pup..i really feel guilty to my old baby, if i'd known tis place earlier 3-4 years ago..she would have be healthier than now, coz other vets all said no med for years ady.. Dr steven is very knowledgeable, doesn't need to scan ady know what problem (based on my description of dog's condition) medicine really helped.
