★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had fixed appointment for our dog for teeth cleaning only, which requires anaesthetics. When I came to pick up my dog nearly 7 hours later, they started with the anaesthetics only once I came in the door, refused initially to give my dog back to me. Was last time I came for this vet, was good before, quality went downhill quite some time now already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love how Dr Vasanthra is to my furrybaby!!! 10/10 best vet in PJ area!! She is so gentle and loving to my dog and explains really well, lots of good info plus tips on caring for my baby. After changing vets multiple times, I have finally found THE VET for my pet. Definitely will recommend her if you are looking for a vet for your little one. The wait in the clinic can be a bit long as it is usually around 1-2 hours but to see Dr Vasanthra, it is worth it. The lady boss can be kinda rude as well but I've noticed she is not always around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started coming here when they recently shifted, I was glad to have found a vet that looked clean and new for both my pets. When I visited the first few times, things such as no appointments allowed (unless for treatments), extremely long waiting time, and slightly above average charges did not really matter. Read their reviews and I've anticipated the need to wait.
Fast forward to when I brought my cat in as she started limping on her right hind leg, things went downhill FAST. She was suggested to go for accupuncture as her treatment, upon diagnosing that she had nerve issues on her lower back. Her condition did not improve, and deteriorated extremely quick after 2nd accupuncture. Completely lost balance in her lower back, and can't move on her own anymore.
Brought her back here, hoping that I could find an answer whilst waiting for 2nd opinion. MORE meds were prescribed, "just need to observe", and merely given advice to run another blood test which cost rmxxx. Through out the entire process - doc attended to her showed no empathy, any urgency to rule out all causes and in fact treated it as just another casual case. The only reason I came back again was I thought the doc would've known her condition best since the start of her visit.
I resorted to check her into another place for an emergency visit. While my pet did not survive in the end, we had an answer to what happened. And that's reassuring. I understood that business is a business after all. I'm sure all pet owners can relate to how I feel, and I would never want to go through the same experience again. In summary - Aesthetically pleasing and nothing else. Thanks but no thanks for the hefty charges, rude lady boss, and overall lack of urgency, clarity and most importantly EMPATHY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would rate this place higher if the woman boss were friendlier, but she's a bit of a cold fish. Only sent my dog once, for neutering, and never even got the chance to meet the doctor, which gives you an idea of how standoffish they are. All in all, satisfactory treatment, poor bedside manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Steven is the best! He's super efficient, straight to the point, and explains the situation really well! He is also really patient with Bambi (poodle) and engages with her really well during consultation. Although sometimes the wait is a bit long, I'd say that it's worth it! Would recommend this clinic to any pawparent ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my cat Lola in for her first vet visit and I'm so glad I chose this clinic! Registration was quick and simple, and I didn't wait too long to meet Dr. Steven and get her checkup and vaccines done. He and his assistant handled my cat really gently--shes usually extremely active but she was calm in the hands of the doctor! He was also very informative about all of her problems and made it easy to understand her conditions. Lola was happy and relaxed the rest of the day. Thank you for taking great care of my little one.

Quality: Extremely well organised & clean. The overall experience was efficient and the Vet itself is very clean.
Price: Price is pretty standard compared to other Vets, even the smaller ones.
I would definitely go again, and recommend to my friends & family.
