I dont know whose incharge off your customer enquiry number but they were unprofessional enought to block my number.
its basics consumer rights if they paid for a service /goods and it isnt a fair exhange of value, you have all rights to demand for a refund. Or at least get compensated
Instead of clearing this, you decided to block.
I hope new people do not experience this.
