★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New owner takes over the dim sum shop. No doubt the dim sums are much more better than the previous one. Prices are reasonable. Air conditioning and alfresco seatings are available. Chicken claw taste weird. Chee Cheong Fun and chicken glutinous rice can be better. Taro salted egg ball is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It stated open by 7:15am. We arrived almost 8am but the place looks just setting up. After ordering waited for a bit & dimsum that we ordered barely cooked through. The steam dimsum tasted like frozen food. Chee cheong fun is soggy. Definately, not a good experience if you wanting a more authentic dimsum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried a few of their huge selection of siu mai and personally liked the original and teochew mai the most. The fried dumplings were fried to perfection and has lots of filling. The best out of all that I tried would be the liu sha bao (salted egg custard bun) and no mai kai (glutinous chicken rice). The liu sha bao filling has a good balance of saltiness and sweetness make sure to eat it while it's hot! The pork ribs were on the salty side of things n lack the spiciness I enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow and messy service , customer who after me already finish their meal, not friendly floor staff. Worst is miss out one of my ordered dish and I have to make a way back to their shop! Food is average, the 糯米鸡 and 虾饺very dry but 西米露not bad

- lo mai gai: fragrant, very gingery
- pork chee cheong fun: even though the sauce is too watery for me, tastes very good and sambal is fragrant (not spicy at all)
- teo chew siew mai: first time having a siew mai with sausage inside, however it doesn't taste that special
- overall, the dishes here are so-so. rather than very strong, restaurant-ish taste, this place feels like eating home made dimsum. price is one of the affordable side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad for a neighborhood dim sum place, food is alright here w lots of variety of dim sum to choose from. Particularly their fried radish cake, very flavourful. Also lots of desserts.
There's a special teo chew steamed kuih that's green, quite intriguing with sweet, peanut filling but not really my cuppa tea.
They're very hardworking and open on most days if not everyday, from morning till evening.
