β β β β β Every month ask for maintenance fee but the lift is still not fix for 6months already the lift still broken when asked about it always says waiting for the accessories but 6months already still waiting I wonder where did they order it from mars? The moon ?

β β β β β 4 lifts leave 1 lift can use. Every month keep asking for maintenance fee but the lifts are still not fix since year 2021. Poor management....

β β β β β With recent changes of jmb, the lift maintenance is so bad to the point there only 2 /4 lift functioning since 2021!!.. Soo pack in morning n evening. Complaining in grup won't get u anywhere. Haven't try with authority yet

β β β β β Everything is so bad here. The pool and gym are defective, the lifts are not maintained properly, and only a few of the lifts are functioning. The worst part is, the management and the security guards. We understand if they do not want residents who have more than 1 car to park at the visitors carpark, but they have to atleast give the rightful visitors their carpark. Like, wth? They are so rude and disrespectful, and when visitors came to park their cars, they always talks like they're the owners of the buildings, and told the visitors they can't park there. Then what's the point of having visitors carpark? They don't even practice good sop during the pandemic, and have the audacity to yell at other people about maintaining sop, while they're smoking on the premise. The worst place to live??
