★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some part of building is well maintained (lights, swimming pool, garden) but issues like ageing water pipes and wall, water dripping issue, very limited car park (no guest parking), less thoughtful neighbor that like to throw rubbish from balcony (hair, rice, cigarette bud, food packaging, hair to dust..etc) or walk like foot stamping could be quite annoying and irritating at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well maintained pre6mises. Unfortunately we do not get much luck wth neighbors, the residents. Being a single mothrr wth a child we have been harrassed badly by neighbor upstairs. Ths year we moved to blok A, the neighbor upstairs are even worse. We are harrassed every minute. According to the management, upstairs neighbor can not hear ppl downstairs, but in our case, even our slightest sigh is retaliated by upstairs. We are tenants nt owner. Upstairs of us is owner. In my ecperience at block B and A are done by owners of the condo. We have little sleep every night. Currently the neighbor upstairs at block A are harrassing us such as we are not allowed to speak, they go crazily violent by stomping feet above our heads. My son can not practise his fingers on piano, they will roll a heavy object on the floor (ceiling). Nightmates. This goes on everyday. I would not recommend this place for urban upscale cultured people as well as highly travedlled people to be tenant here unless you own it. I shall rate the residents here as closed shallow ciltured mentality that prompts bad strange behavior which leaves questions where fo ee get such personslity with such behsvior. The residents here mind other's business but they never help when you need help. Do not stay here for your peaceful soul and mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though old but well maintained condominium. Parking space is big challenge for visitors. Road leading to the Condo made very narrow due to parking of cars on both sides of the narrow road.
