What's wrong with you all? Keep scamming people like this ?

There were not much people when I was there so the service are much welcoming. The lady on the counter also seems very kind. But it's a bit tricky to find the shop since it kinda hidden.

I suggest this shop to be closed as their actions taken on my phone is just erase data. Who else in this era doesn't know how to erase data, what is the use of opening this service centre, what is the use of hiring such stupid " technician "
Wasted RM12 parking fees for 3 consecutive days attending this useless centre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, I was kind of doubt and anxious to repair my phone at OSR as the service centre was too small and limited employees but OSR is a trustworthy, fast and responsible service centre.
I sent my Redmi 9T because of update bugs and 5 days later, OSR contacted me via WhatsApp plus the service is considered fast because my Redmi 9T is still under warranty.
Please note that you may not receive any updates while repair service is ongoing. So, you may contact Xiaomi Hotline for current updates on your phone. Recommended! :)

The staff is trying her very best to look at the problem. However, the queue is long. It will take about 30 minutes waiting time.
