An independant and humble optical store, with attentive and friendly sales people. Kevin and Ryan - Young and Professional front-men of Prospecs. Do not be mistaken, as you can be assured they know what they are doing.
Kevin was super patient and cool (and a very, very good sales person, by the way). Kevin went way beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. (As there were some confusion during my purchase, but Kevin was committed to rectify my issue, which I'm very grateful for.) ?
Definitely coming back again - as although the selection of frames are limited, but their lens pricing are the most competitive amongst the other optical stores around Uptown, DU.
Do shop around in DU, and if you do find a suitable spectacles frame in Prospec, you know you will be getting great service from Prospec ?
