★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room aircond not cold, after complaint, he already fix. Breakfast was good. Bath Towel very old. Parking area very dark. So scary. No toothbrush. Please improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The glasses in the room not clean properly. Maybe just wipe because still had lipstick marked there. For the hygiene purpose its disgusting. Breakfast food , tooooo oily fried noodle. Serve noodle or oil? Taking too much time for topup the food. Bread so stiff to toast. Bad experience here. Definitely will not come again and will not recommend to others. Not worth money spent here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First check in on 05th June 2019, Room 1112, a full desk of ants (sink area). It's so terrible!!! We proceed to change room.End up, get Room 904. Once checked, hair shampoo is just 1/3 bottle, no floor mat provided, it's so dangerous as wet floor may cause slippery condition. Toilet paper also left 1/3 roll. Oh My God!!!! This is totally make me frustrated. A luggage rack putted on the narrow walk way between sink desk & bed. A tragedy happened when I walked to our bed, accidentally knocked my leg by the sharp edge of bed frame (as shown on photos). It's very pain!!!! What I wish to express is - the edge of bed frame, sink desk are very dangerous to every of the hotel guest, please get a protection to avoid any accident. For location wise, it's very ideal as very near to main highway. Underground car park provided by FREE OF CHARGE. Welcome drinks is available at lobby, variety choices of breakfast (nasi lemak, porridge, salad, fruits & etc.). Overall, it's worth to have a stay here (actually it's my 2nd time stay here). First impression is very good, but 2nd stay bring me some disappointment on the safety condition, please take note on all the sharp edge of bed frame & sink desk area. If possible, please provide a floor mat to avoid slippery floor. Seeking for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the best wedding anniversary surprise ever. Booked just for a night for our wedding anniversary and my hubby requested for a simple anniversary decor but then we were met with an awesome room arrangement, courtesy of the staff and management for free. Rose petals were arranged to form the word I ❤ U and spread around the bed, kissing swans made of folded towels were arranged on the center of the bed. There were balloons, souvenirs, a card with beautiful wishes from the staffs, a chocolate cake and mind you, these were free of charge. Even if they let us pay more for that arrangement, we would be happy to do so. Shout out to ISSD team!! You're just amazing! You made our anniversary more memorable. Thank you so so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good 4 Star hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rates are very affordable also, probably because of it's location in Selayang which is quite far away from the Kuala Lumpir City Center. But there's nothing else to complain about. The rooms are clean and cozy. Also has a gym and swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were some constructions going on nearby during my stay. The road outside the hotel may get congested due to heavy vehicles. Overall the rooms and breakfast were ok. Taking the room rates into considerations, I will say it represents good value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got charged 100 ringgit for a blood stained and they considered it as damage on towels as I am woman who is on her period, and it was accidental. WOMEN if you are thinking of checking in here while you are on your period, think twice as blood stained on towels is ought to happen. The room is not sound proof, staffs are not friendly. Bad location, near the highway, and it has nothing there, shops are not walking distance. Bad experience overall. Thanks
