Food is good but the service is bad !
I think this is mainly because of not enough waitress.
CNY dinner set (6 courses) took almost 2.5 hours to deliver and no one bother to refill the empty tea pot.
Disappointed !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for dim sum breakfast on a Sunday. The restaurant was only about 1/3 full with the diners spread out with good distancing.
Some dim sum dishes are unique to the restaurant and everything we ordered were well executed and delicious. The deep fried radish cake is lovely as was the fried pork belly slices.
Service was attentive and efficient. Corkage for wine and liquor is free. Generally, the dim sum experience at all Oriental group restaurants have a certain standard and this one more than lives up to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had difficulty making reservations as there was no one answering the primary phone line . Made the reservation by walking in and even then, there was still a bit of confusion . The food was tasty and arrived promptly . Location and ambiance certainly good for entertaining guests . Just need to improve on communications and reservations .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a CNY extended family dinner and the place is surprisingly spaced out with various different dining halls and smaller private rooms. Attention to service here was really good and requests were fulfilled promptly by the restaurant crew.
The dinner on hand was very much a Lunar New Year themed menu of dishes with synonymous names screaming of big prosperity for all diners. The quality of dishes here are in line with what you would expect from large fine dining Chinese restaurant chains. Quite an enjoyable experience despite the usual cacaphony of the usual Chinese greetings around the eatery.

Food was very tasty and came in generous portions.
Good value for money set menus.
Restaurant was spacious, allowing for good distancing between tables. Less busy for dinner services as compared to lunch time.
Recommended.

Regret that did not browse through review before decided to have early CNY lunch with my friend.
What a horrible dining experience! Food was either blend or over salty and oily. Customer service is even worst. Waited for 30 minutes to get our Yee Sang served. After Yee Sang every dishes need to wait at least 20-30 minute. The waitress was rude and never bother to help pour tea and keep avoiding to refill tea despite we keep wave and calling them. Regardless either normal waiter/waitress or even Captain doesn't show hospitality at all. In the end, we are paying almost RM500 for the food and rm100 for service tax for the lousy service. To be honest, even a road side restaurant taste better and more friendly service. Doesn't deserve even 1 star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, very dirty dishes and spillages everywhere. For the price which I paid Rm498, just for lunch for 2, I would expect fine dining service and good plating. Food was so-so, definitely not worth the experience and price. The fresh water prawn noodles picture below was rm38 and the noodles was not even cooked. And this was how it was served. Not to mention the other dishes. The following picture is how it looked like on the menu. Don't be fooled.
Not worth it at all. Rather go elsewhere.
