★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff Sarah was VERY RUDE. When I walk at The Curve past by your shop suddenly she pull my wife and give her try your product. I have no problem with that,your product is good.But your staff attitude was very bad. Please educate this staff to respect people. We're customer,we decide it, either want to buy or not to buy it. She wasting our time around 40 minutes and keep forcing my wife to buy the product even we refuse to buy it so many times.And lastly she said "if you don't have money don't stop at this shop"
She the one who pull us to enter the shop than blame us??Very bad attitude,Very disappointed.Bad experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m always greeted at this outlet when I come in and they are very helpful, even when they get extremely busy. My friend and I were looking to get a new good cleanser for ourselves as we have problematic skin issues. The store manager there was SO helpful to recommend and share with us her skincare routine and what cleanser would best target our problem. We had a really nice chat and the products we tested were great. Thank you again for being so helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the promoters (not the Malaysian local) was being rude this morning. We were passing by and they “pull” and invite my partner to show and demo their cream product. When my partner resisted to buy the we-don’t-know brand cream, for expensive 500, she unpolitely asked what stopping us to buy and was a bit pushy and hard selling. We were in disbelief of such treatment, especially we were not ones that plan to step in to the shop in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was contacted about a sale that was going on for an organic facial. I decided to check it out and received at my facial appointment on Thursday. Fati welcomed me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! and she is truly Great! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was incredibly impressed with the final result. My face has never felt better.

I switched over all my products: face cream, masks, the works. Not only do I get exceptional costumer service, but the girls there helped me find the right products that match my skin properly.
