I am a regular customer of this product during my stay in Venice. I usually know what I want to buy before going into the shop.
Last week I decided to bring a close girl friend of mine to visit this branch to test the product and choose whatever she wanted. As soon as we stepped into the shop, we were met by a Malay sales lady without a hjab that greeted us rudely. "YES?! What do you want?!", was what she said.
The sheer rudeness alone made us step out of the shop without hesitation. Told my friends in Malaysia about our experience and they had similar experiences with the same person.
Safe to say that not only one regular customer was lost.

โ โ โ โ โ Adoring their scenting products. Lilac is the best. Today I just bought 2 lโerbolario room fragrance with awesome service from the sales lady. She was explaining the whole fragrance line thoroughly. Not pushy as well.
However, if the membership could give more attractive offer, that would be perfect. Overall, lovely!
