โ โ โ โ โ No entertainment since got problem with the tv signal, only notify us when we asked about it at the counter.. the toilet door lock was not fixed. We can only close the door without locking it..

โ โ โ โ โ 1.The lock in the bathroom is broken.
2.Not sure if it's the tenants next door or the staffs talking quite loud at night.
3.The door knob is pretty much useless. Only the lock above the door knob is function. No idea why I was given 2 keys when it's only 1 key needed to get into the room.
4.Parking on site is first come first serve basis.
5.Short of staffs. Took about 15 calls and almost 20 minutes to checkout. The number listed in Google and the 012 written at counter for checkout is pretty much useless. No one answers. So do expect a lil slow on checking in and out.

โ โ โ โ โ Definitely the worst room ever, room smells bad, the bath room/toilet is still wet from previous occupants, the walls is very dirty and the pillow has the smell of oily scalp. Will never ever come to such hotel again!

โ โ โ โ โ Affordable and worth the price. Car park is very limited. There is discrepancy from advertisement photo and description from the actual room. Booked four single bed but given two queen size bed.

โ โ โ โ โ 1. toilet door was damaged and unable to close / lock properly.
2. toilet has that "dirty look" and smelly. Ventilation fan not working. Complaint to counter staff. Her reply was OYO dont require vent.fan when there is window slides for toilets.
3. aircond unit was faulty. Water keep coming out. The filters must be dirty coz u can smell the faulty air circurlation.
4. TV not functioning well.
5. The matress are sloggy. Can feel the coil spring poking your body.
6. Parking problem because its a public parking area and u are next to a chemical storage/office area.
7. No convinience store /shops nearby.
8. I stayed for a week and room service is only on request. Cant even top up the complimentary mineral water.
9. The building can be entered by non guest easily. No security at building.

โ โ โ โ โ The most big liar hotel management. Better not to book this hotel if you don't want to be scam by them. We book 3 weeks early from the date of check in, but they said no room available for us. Before and after we come come for check in, there were14 group membersalso got scam by them. Location also not too good, near to workshop, and difficult to find parking.
Sincerely, no star for them!

Sticky floor
Room was very smelly
Very very smelly and dirty bedsheets
TV not working
Power points not working
Very rude staffs
Bathroom door not fully closed on top so all smell comes into the room.
Window has no curtain 6am the room is bright cannot sleep
In bathroom no mirror and no place to put soap or brush
I have stayed in so many cheaper but better budget hotels.
This is just worse. Don't ever book this hotel!
