★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya telpon beberapa kali untuk konfirmasi keterlambatan kedatangan,tapi yang ditelpon tidak jelas dan tidak faham. Dan saat kami datang, ketika kami telpon tidak ada respon dan saat minta ke security gedung untuk menelpon pun tidak ada respon juga. Akhir nya kami pesan hotel di tempat lain.
Sia sia sudah bayar untuk beberapa kamar jadi rugi materiil dan waktu.
Pelayanannya jelek?
