1) Unhelpful crew, asked if I could buy more CLOROX spray, took forever to check. Whenever I asked for update, just told me to wait
2) The most scary car park, so dark and almost no other people nor car around
3) Great supermarket located in a wrong location
4) Crew is slow in everything, seems not interested to work, unlike other Jaya Grocer outlets I have visited
5) No one check on the COVID-19 pandemic SOP MySJ, whether anyone could be in yellow or red zone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good variety of groceries. Entrance is a little confusing for first timers. From the escalator/lift, you can see an "entrance" across the carpark, but it is actually an exit. Need to U-turn around the escalator to go to the main entrance. Mall is quite deserted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The working attitude of this branch or its PR team in FB messager is in question. Some particular items have not been refurbished for months & when I voiced it out on FB messager, PR team simply recklessly used a standard template that was totally irrelevant in response to my message. And when they finally responded accordingly, no actions has been followed up to rectify or for improvement.
QR pixels /image of MySejahtera in front of non-halal section is unreadable till to-date regardless of my several complaints made over the past few months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To he honest nothing wrong with Jaya Grocer. My issue is with where it's located and due to that the Exorbitant parking fee that I was charged. It's RM15 per entry for my 17min shopping trip. Really not worth it considering the parking fee. The nearby Village Grocer at Citta Mall has much lower parking fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as big as the other Jaya Grocer outlets around Klang Valley but if you are here just to get the necessities, then this place serves its purpose. Place is not crowded even during a weekend so browsing around is a breeze. Most of your daily requirements - from fresh produce to canned food to toiletries - can be found here. Parking is rm1 for the first hour, and there's ample space to park at the basement.
