β β β β β Extremely rude and unhelpful staffs. Was looking for my size in a stack of T-shirt, and the sales assistant was mumbling next to me, scolding me for 'digging through the clothes', even threw clothes hanger very loudly into a plastic bin as though I owe her anything. How do you expect customers to make purchases if they are not allowed to look for the size that fits them?
Then I went to the fitting room to try some clothes, not knowing that the maximum garment per try is only 3 pieces. So I asked the male staff taking care of the fitting room whether I could leave 1 piece with him and come back and get it after I am done with the other 3. He immediately said very loudly and rudely that I have to come out and queue again, and mind you, the line is very long. Fine, I followed what he said as well. When I came out of the fitting room and passed the clothes that can't fit me to him, he snatched it away from my hand!
Is this how your staffs are trained to serve customers? Utterly disappointing.
