More than 3 staffs standing at the counter doing nothing but telling me polishing can only be done the next day. Such a bad service.

Terrible service from the Indian sales assistant. Want to send for polishing. Tell me need to wait till next day even though there is no customer at all .I saw 5 of them standing freely at the counter chit chatting . Please improve your service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I come for polishing and the staffs asked us to come after 4th August because they're doing sales. I don't understand what's the correlation between sales and polishing when it is part of the after service. The necklace quality is very bad too. It got rusty so fast, I bought it as a present for my daughter so I kept in the box for 1 month till her birthday, when she opens the box, the necklace is rusty and dull.

Initially, I’m about to wash my pandora, then I visited IOI CITY MALL’s branch, the employees there with really bad attitude, not really wants to serve me, and asked me wait. but at last I have bought one more charm. (Not promotion item), and finally I can saw her smile. But they don’t give me paper bag with box ? I have asked three times. This is not because of i really want the plastic but at least u treat me like a customer. Is that the way you treat your customers? Why ppl bought luxury items, of course we should enjoy the service as well. WE ARE CONSUMERS I would appreciate if customer buy luxury things from Pandora and get good service, Seriously, the bad service never since I have bought from different branches Pandora at Malaysia, but this is the worst. AGAIN, I would NEVER EVER VISIT AGAIN IOI CITY MALL PANDORA and I will not SUGGEST my friends too. I have rush in time for the first day and I asked them to contact me if before 5.30pm and it would be great and I can take my stuff for the first day. But they also never contact me on that day. Never mind , Then I take it for the next day, one of my charm not really clean and I ask why, she said is like that, that’s why Pandora gave free washing. Hmmmm? i love how friendly the staff was. I was not even planning to buy one but i ended up purchasing it. that was my first ever pandora. i thought pandora was so not my thing until i came here. However, the one she gave me does not look as shiny than the one i wore in the store. i should have checked carefully before leaving the store. partly was my fault too. so others, check few times and im sure they will entertain you.

Send my Pandora(s) for polishing, the staff attitude is really impolite, also, she say need 2 days to polish because it’s a lot. That’s fine for me as I’m not in rush. and I ignore her impolite because I wan to get my things polish. Keep mentioning it’s very hard to polish? Even if this is in the after sales service Pandora is offering? Then, when come to collects after 5 days, one of the bangle that I sent, come back in crooked. I say it’s wasn’t like this when I sent. The staff ( not the same when sent ) mentioning not one time but few times that she is not the one who polish so she is not sure if it already crook when sent. But, if it’s already crooked, they will mentioned in the slip already when sent, as one of my charm is broken one, they did mention in the slip. The way they respond is very irresponsible. I would give zero star if I could. In Malaysia the after sales service is so bad compare to USA. Please, HQ of Pandora, don’t lost your customers by giving license to lack of training company to manage your brand. Pandora products is good, but the training need to be improve. ( the bangle is not so crook anymore, as they adjusted it, but it’s definitely not the same as when sent it. )
