★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! I usually dress rather ok when I go to their Chanel store and I get pretty good service! Today I was dressed casually and this one Chanel staff was clearly looking down on me. When I wanted to look at a product, she was so hesitant when I asked if I could touch it. Even though I wanted the product so badly, I gave it back to her and I went to another Chanel branch just to get it. Seriously, get your attitude right! Why do staffs who work at luxury brand stores act like they own the luxury brand itself??
