★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always have a lot of promotion/deal posters put-up in their restaurant, really attracted me about their unagi deals. In the end, I still don't think worth it cuz I still can eat in Rakuzen with this price. Remembered I had yakiniku don (M) is so little beef with a lot of onion and egg scrambled, ? so small portion although ordered medium size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unattentive staff, seems busy although there were no customers (time: 5-ish on a Thursday). Kitchen staff visibly not wearing mask properly. The staff wiped our table which was empty but visibly dirty with a really small cloth and he missed a spot which we needed to point out to him. And like why even was the empty table not cleaned? Looked through the QR menu and most dishes are out of stock and not as per the paper menu (which is also sticky and gross). If they can’t even keep their front store clean what more the kitchen? Left without ordering as can’t even get the attention of the still busy-looking staff which don’t think they even noticed we’re gone. Left thinking what on earth was that?! Bad vibes and red flags all over. No thank you, i will dine anywhere else but here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the Teriyaki Don with Onsen Egg as well as the curry Don with Onsen Egg and to my horror, the eggs were practically liquid and did not have the onsen egg shape... Definitely not coming here again
