★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a new address for one of our siblings new home. Not far from Kajang town and easily accessible from any direction (be it h'way, leeway or old route). Luckily my son who worked in town managed to booked the second floor and his unit is just a walking distance from the multi-level car park. Each home owner are allocated two parking lots. In between the condo blocks there's a Children Playground with many facilities (types of playing for children from toddlers to pre-schooling), Badminton Courts cum Futsal and concrete benches for Adults overseeing their children. A comunity Hall and Surau are also available. Being a gated complex you (visitor) hv to register with the Guards manning the gate and park at the designated parking space for visitors. However, I am always able to park in one of the two alloted to my son and much closer to his (unit) home.
