★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's WhatsApp number to be contacted in order to book an appointment with the doctor. However, no one ever reply to my query. The only reply i received was 'Greetings from Pantai Hospital Ipoh!'
Please remove the number if u can't cater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s was nice experience being here as I’m just new to this hospital without having any experience before. I would like to say a huge thanks to the lovely nurse and they were very sweet towards me. To be honest, I really like how they treat me and to the frontlines tqsm for yr hardwork and effort to treat me as a patient. Lastly, to my doctor that first explain to me on The problems I had and how the process works ..I really appreciate as it was easy to be understood and to my physician DR TAN OH, tho you fr kindness and I hope he will be the best doc in a world book record ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nursing service fantastic, kind and efficient. Always alert. My son was very comfortable with Dr Indeejeet's consultation and service. Excellent doctor. Would recommend him happily because he listens to patient complain and problems. There was a random check by the Nursing consultant Mr Tasbir Singh. Always checking and consulting and listening to patient complains and condition. Very kind, humble and soft spoken man. I have no complaints, overall okay and comfortable stay so far. They did everything efficiently and effectively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ to slow… 8:30pm register, 8:55pm see dr (finish 9:05)..wait from 9:05 then at 10pm only ask us to get gl… now already 10:40pm still nothing…11:04pm already ☹️11:09pm after asking then they go & check ? no communication between gl counter & emergency

Don't bother to come here... Got an X ray for mother fractured hand.. and was told to come tomorrow to see Dr Ruslan to get the X-ray copies and consultation.. later tomorrow morning was told that Dr Roslan was on leave.. Really mad at the miscommunication and wasted money on X-ray that was we didnt have even received a copy to be referred to other hospital.. avoid at all cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad to give 5 stars... The service was outstanding. I booked appointment through WhatsApp and the procedures was too fast.. I gt fast replies from them and it was very helpful cos i was in so much of pain.. Thanks to Dr. Ooi Thian Cheoh who is very kind and friendly doctor.. He explain very patiently and clearly regarding my sickness.. Overall im very satisfied with the service provide.. Thumbs Up Pantai Hospital ???

Happy on how they treat the people and the way it's run.
Overall building:
There's a lot of uplifting messages around the hospital. Very nice feel for this.
Parking:
Parking can be limited and confusing for first timers as there seems serveral places or areas allocated to park.
Cafe and food
Rarely you hear that
Food is good in a hospital. This is one of them.
My aunt really enjoyed the food and care and also the food in the cafe is great during our visit for breakfast.
