Nice view. No blocking. The best value condo in PJ area. Super low density only 664 units consist 4 blocks. Each block only 13x units. Big corridor as well.

Good place but apartment has turned old. If going for rent you can get better options for lower price .

decent condo with good security and good areas of leisure. however the shop is not hygienic and has limited goods to offer, the houses are also quite small unless its a penthouse, and also the parking lot smells like rotten meat. overrall 7/10 experience living here

staying here for a few years. the lift sometimes out of service but better than other places. got time network which is better than current unifi. got few humans spitting inside the lift, some at the vehicle, and throwing so rubbish. this is not about kampung or city people, this is about the person behaviour, manners and brain class. edit in 2020. just ppl living here lack of manners

Very very good location. Central to KL and to Subang, Klang, Damansara, etc. location wise it's so convenient and very easily accessible to Seapark, Kelana Jaya, SS3, SS2. If you're Chinese and likes local Chinese eateries, it's a good spot

The parking instruction isn't very clear. It is written at the front guard hut, but it's quite too long to read and the writing is quite too small too. The first day I came here, the security guard called me at 2am just to tell me that my car park has timed out. I feel that is very rude to me who rented out the room inside the condo. They need to communicate better and not only strictly forbid cars from parking legally as long as they are parked in the yellow lines. The main role of a security guard is to make sure that the residents feel safe to be around the guarded spaces, not to be attacked by rudeness just bcs they made a mistake that isn't clearly reminded beforehand on a clear message board. Cones are not made to be decorations too tho. Plus, provided signages are also not clear, specific and too small to read from a driver/rider's conscious mind. The other day, I also parked my car for a while and was harshly called out just because it was a parking lot for unloading a truck while there was clearly a driver inside. It was very rude, I really don't like the way the guards handle a situation at the parking lots. Also, the system quite a hassle too. I paid for my parking rent but my car suddenly changed from 'VIP' to 'visitor'. My point is, just because I'm only a tenant inside the condo, doesn't mean they can treat me like an outsider. Just bcs they're foreigner guards, doesn't mean they can be rude and direspectful towards the natives who only came to the residency to survive. They need to be trained better in terms of manners. This is Malaysia, not Bangladesh. In addition, I also witnessed one of the guards harshly warned a food rider who just parked his motorcycle for a while just to deliver food. People who came into the building are not supposed to be treated with suspicion. Please, it can be a better place than this. They aren't even police officers to rudely talk to strangers that came just for a few minutes. Last but not least, we need more popbox kiosks and stop the guards from rudely prevent a deliveryman from putting a box or parcel into the mailbox. Each house has mailbox near the lift, what's it for if it cannot be used?! This will only inconvenience and dissatisfy the residents from feeling that their belongings that they purchased with money are safely guarded as well. I understand the SOPs, but if it's too strict for its own residents, what's the use of hiring the rude guards who only know how to be rude to the natives?

Nice condominium. Friendly guards & secure. Maintenance could be better. Nice playground & decent sized pool. Middle to upper floors have good views & windy. Unfortunately now overrun with pigeons which is frustrating. Location wise ideal as central. Lots of decent eateries nearby. Rental rate is reasonable.
