★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Units are huge, but kinda old and one main concern are the pigeons! They are everywhere! Management should really do something abt this issue,otherwise a convenient location and close to many facilities and LRT, maintenance of the condo could be improved, pool kinda small though

Good location, especially for students studying at BAC which is a 5 minute walk away and the LRT station also a 5 minute walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Place to live-in, Having a swimming pool, gym, playing area for children, shush court.. Gurudwara near by and can get fresh milk biweekly. Near to market and rooms are very spacious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful new comers. There is a haunted unit in buliding. My friend just lost the deposit money after she found the house is haunted and cannot be a peaceful place for stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's scammer name NUR ATIRA FARISYA used the building name, any newcomer or who want to rent at this building or others building take a second to check and verify first. Don't easily transfer. They will make you transfer within few hours then they'll delete the conversation. I lost Rm1400 to them. Be careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent Condominium with spacious units. But it's little old. And got swimming pool and squash court. Gym and children play area available. And a small drawback is no convenience store available currently. Need to go nearby places to get items. Fresh cow/buffalo milk available twice a week in nearby Gurudwara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here many years ago when I was pursuing my tertiary education. Love the short walking distance to Asia Jaya LRT station. Would definitely recommend students and young working professionals to stay here if you regularly use the LRT.
