★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe for low budget people. I had temporary accommodation here for 2 weeks by my company. It wasn't excellent experience. Even before flying from Pakistan to Malaysia, I had a look at this condo and it was out of my list. I selected PJ8 which is more expensive of course, but much better than Menara Jaya anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first place i lived at after moving to malaysia in 2011, left here in 2017. this place is really old and i dont think black people are allowed to live here. the living experience was pretty ok for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the owner of a unit here and it's been more than 20 years since I purchased it. Well maintained with good security. Easy excess to highway and close to most amenities. Asia Jaya LRT Station, Colleges, Houses of worship , Digital Mall, Supermarkets, Schools and factories. Pleasant neighbourhood with peaceful ambiance. Kudos to the management team for their excellent guidance.
