★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No near by facilities available like groceries shop, salon, mall, vegetable market. But good thing is very near to LRT station and very beautiful garden. People who like greenary and get rid of rush will enjoy and livelihood here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very good condo, and it is located beside Taman Paramount LRT station. Yes, you can find lot of good food and groceries stores near to this place.
Only bad thing is 3rd floor in this building. Why I am saying is, the 3rd floor ceiling height is almost 20 feet. Hence air-circulation is very bad, and cleaning the house is very difficult as well.
Especially the corner unit is very very bad.During rain time, water will flow inside the unit. Other than this, it is very good condo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well kept Condo. But the entry road is very small, so kinda inconvenient for visitors or delivery trucks to go into the road as they'll block up the place for residence. Guards are good, it's safe, walking distance to the LRT. The midnight LRT sounds slowly blends into a background sound in my dreams, where the screech acts like an alarm. The inchoate mound of flesh approaches from the abyss. Good night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very underrated condo, I love it and rented here for many years. Wanted to upgrade for a condo with badminton court, but I can’t find any property that is better than paramount in overall!! Best location, with so many small and big road to access to avoid jam, walking distance to lrt, a decent park and neighborhood if want. Maintenance is good. Serene but next to excitement.
