Boarding my poodle during CNY, due seeing all the good review in the Facebook for 7 Days
End with white poodle with good smell become chocolate poodle with Poo n urine smell,
It’s body fur all stick Poo n dry Poo, and eye totally can open due the eye manure is stick on the eye.
After shower Bring to see vet and only realise it butt have allergy due the Poo dry it there for days....
The skin all with the red spot and the eye got serious infection
Nite mare for my dog, due continue to see the vet for 3 months, and cry at the nite with nitemare
All the problem come with the Cleaniness and the Inattention care from the owner
Making complaint to the owner with the response of : I will fire the staff and claims will pay for the medical cost ... end with no pick even the message sent...
Terrible owner with unresponsible, and overloading the boarding with high charge.
As consumer we think the high charge will get better for the pet,
This will make you regret for send yr pets
Never send yr pet to this place, if you wish yr dog be well treat
