The difference with this place is that instead of keeping your loved ones in small cages, it allows them to roam freely around the store and interact with other pets. This is a good way for keeping your pet company so they don't feel lonely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suspect that my dog ticks were from this pet shop. Two weeks ago my dog had fleas but already cured. I wonder why suddenly from fleas changed to ticks?? Discover ticks two days after they helped me to do basic with medicine wash for it. Too many dogs freely moving around, might be spread by others dog

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have been grooming my poodle since he was 6 months old and now he is 5 years old. Ben always do the pick up service for us. I am nothing but satisfied with their service. Its not just about the grooming. Its about trust and how much care they put in caring for my dog. I wish them the best in their business and hopefully they will continue to grow.

She is never nervous or scared when I am living. The staff are friendly and nice.
I strongly recommend them with confidence after about 6 yers of being their customer.
I am a foreigner living in Malaysia and whenever I want to visit home or travel (before COVID?) I leave my baby there and I am sure that she is having the time of her life?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my dog to this shop to full grooming (hair cut/nail trimming/clipping/ ears cleaning/ toothbrushing/bathing etc). But at the end the pet groomers didn't cut my dog hair properly, and he didn't clean my dog ears. There's more than 20 worms in my dog ears ??????? I went to the shop since my dog can take bath and trimming, that's what you can offer by changing me money everytime??
The shop was a mess and the pet groomers looks not very hygiene too :)
Idk about it until I went to another pet grooming shop. AND Luckily I change to another pet grooming shop lol, or else I wouldn't know how my dog died from ears diagnosis.
I wouldn't come back anymore, and I wouldn't delete this comment! The best I can offer is -5/10 zz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, for the first time I send my dog to this Qutie Pet Shop, it has been my concern for sometime to look for the good grooming shop, after having bad time with another grooming shop located at Taman Desa, owner not hand on , all leave it to the stuff .. not a good service and grooming not good.
I finally found Cutie Pet Shop and reading good comment, I decided to give it a try , The shop owners and her stuff are very friend and very professional.
she is very attentive and caring, I got a good advice as well on how to care for my dog.
The grooming is very good! I will definitely go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve bring my dog for grooming at THE QUITE PET SHOP for several time. First, the environment is bad,the stuff looks no experience.
Due to the FMCO SOP cannot more than 10km,so I decided to find another pets shop which is near my house to bring my dog for grooming. Suddenly the staff told me inside my dog’s ear got a lot of mites (more than 20) , have to take out immediately if not the mites will harm my dog’s brain cells even death (if serious). She told me she got few customers pets die due to this cases.
I wonder why THE QUITE PETS SHOP dunno this kind of knowledge? I have been there for few times and they didn’t told me that my dog got this problem. How if I didn’t bring my dog to another pets shop and continue grooming at here? I won’t no my dogs problem.
