★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a great location with dining experience on the beach side. Rooms are big and so is the bed. Nice sea view from the room and balcony but balcony was not cleaned.
Service is slow when the hotel is packed with guests specially during weekend. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort was great. Although check in was delayed by 2 hours, exemplary service by front desk manager Adeline really made up for it. In fact, the entire staff was top notch for service.
One improvement to suggest. Please do away with the clear glass shower area and toilets with no locks. We were 5 in a 2 bedroom unit. Kind of uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is so good, very near to the beach. The room is spacious, bed is so comfortable, toilet is clean, the shower water is strong enough.
I had my dinner at gustoso by the beach. The food was nice and the staffs are friendly.
Oh ya Starbucks is just next to the hotel.
Overall I enjoyed staying here. Hoping to visit again in near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly service. The room was big. The bed was the biggest king size bed I have ever seen. Big enough for two elephants, let alone one elephant (me) and a gazelle (wife). The bathroom was spacious and the shower was one of those your don't want to stop showering.
The breakfast buffet had it all. Dinner buffet was great value for money. Every dish tasted great except the lamb chop which was rubbery and the fruits which looked nice but almost tasteless.

From the entrance and reception. Wonderful people .
Service crew for kids in the play room to lifeguard on duty to house cleaners. They were happy and ready to assist.
During the time of Ramadan they could still give this kind of positives vibes. Kudos to Park royal staff ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As good as it gets. We stayed at Park Royal for 2 nights to relax after a hectic few days in Georgetown. It's one of the nicest hotels I've ever visited. Our room was large, clean and modern. The hotel grounds are lovely and green, and it is right on the beautiful beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find that all the restaurants in the resort had vegan options so we didn't go hungry. If I return to Penang, I'd have to stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is superb on facilities. From the check in with smooth process, details Covid19 SOP checked, warm welcoming staff until clean hotel. Hotel room clean and good setup for family room with additional spaces. However, Breakfast food quality need to improve. Location is consider good if you like outskirt area, 30min drive from town. Overall 8/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and able to accommodate our group request for team building. Check in process was easy. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Food was good and quite a variety on our 3 days stay. Facilities was well maintained. I like to commend Fauzi & his team for their excellent handling of team building activities and guidance on our stay. Lounge, swimming pool & garden are all family friendly which I like. Elevator could be improved to handle higher capacity.
